For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of leading Dedicated Fitness Inc., a community-centered fitness space serving both youth and adults. What started as a 200 sq. ft. studio—painted with uplifting quotes and bold colors as part of my own healing journey through OCD and bipolar manic depression—has grown into a 10,000 sq. ft. sanctuary. But it’s not the size or the walls that make it powerful—it’s the people and the purpose behind them.

This community was born from my deep desire to help others, to move through life’s noise, and to create a support system strong enough to carry not just me, but anyone ready to grow. In supporting others, I found healing. I’ve learned that the most meaningful way to face mental illness is to focus on building mental wellness—from the inside out.

At Dedicated Fitness, we champion growth through challenge, celebrating every win—big or small. We believe in building self-worth, self-respect, confidence, and care through consistent action, surrounded by a community that truly sees you, hears you, and values you. It’s a place to be real, to be supported, and to rise into your full potential. And that is something, that I deeply want to ensure is apart of this new endeavor too.
