Move and Be Moved

In this multi-day event, we will be gathering to move and be motivated to stay committed! 👟🏃

We will be walking/running (whatever works for you) followed by a group stretch in the gathering room.

We will walk/run for 30-40min followed by a 15-20min stretch and of course some inspiration!

Bring your mat or use one of ours.

The power of community and connection cannot be matched! Just sharing an experience with someone, even without words, is enough to change an energy, add in some exercise and wow — it's incredible just how much better you can feel!

Cost: $40/per person (Commit to the 4 weeks)
