Join us in the new gathering room, for Fall Fixn!
Let's fix your mind on what is possible for you...
The intention of this gathering is to set your fall intention and devise a plan to follow through!
We will discuss your future health and fitness goals while enjoying some fall festive snacks that can be helpful for your body and mind!
Cost: $20/per person
