About the event
This is a FREE event but you must register to participate!
Come out and challenge yourself to get involved; to simply show up (participate or be a volunteer along the course), to try something new outside your comfort zone, to be supported, and to support others. You may not realize it, but you are inspiring someone by just being you!
THE COURSE: choice of distance... Along the 1 mile out and back stretch, you can choose to turn around at the quarter mile (.25) mark, the half mile mark (.5), the three quarter (.75), or the 1 mile mark (1).
If there is still time on the clock and you want to go back out on the course, you are welcome to use the full 60min to complete your distance.
